Agree with Tarvold, ZNO only announced United because United made announcements. If United wasn't deemed price sensitive for ZNO back then, neither will Southwest. Perhaps ZNO might reference it in social media. Perhaps surprisingly it didn't feature in the AGM presentation which might indicate the comparable size of the opportunities they did disclose. Each big win counts and seems the client list is building, particular in the NA market.
