It is disappointing that there seemingly are so many orders that have issues with them. The company will make good on its mistakes, but the customers shouldn't have to go to the trouble of chasing this up. Also a waste of time and money for the company to have to do so when the packaging process should realistically be close to faultless. There aren't that many posters on the ZNO threads, but there have been quite a few that have already identified issues, so if that translates in equal terms to the general customer population you have a major problem. Plenty of customers will be cheesed off and won't return for more orders as a result and also bad-mouth the company. Simply not good enough for a 400m company and something PH needs to address as a matter of urgency.
