    A disappointing few weeks currently with ISoft/CSC situation but the company has a terrific future with or without this acquisiition.

    Not to say it will not or could not trade down from here in the near term but overall at $1.08 it is a very attractive level to enter given the pullback from $1.50 and the current uncertainity already priced in.
