Hi all,
I recently stayed at a hotel and the management won't give me a tax invoice for my stay. I don't think they are purposely doing this, they just seem to be incompetent and unable to grasp why I need this and what it is. I paid by credit card so I have proof they charged me for my stay.
Does anybody know where to lodge a complaint with the ATO?
