GST is a fairly complicated area. I do not expect someone who is familiar with it to have a good handle on the various involved and the compliance requirements.
I posted an answer to your earlier post but you had not responded to it.
GST has been with us for some years now. I am really surprised that you are unable to obtain a tax invoice from that place for services rendered. It does not make sense. If that place has been in business for a number of years, the people who work there would be familiar with the need to issue tax invoices. When you asked for a tax invoice, it would not be the first time that person had heard of the expression "tax invoice". It just dos not make sense to me that you are still having some difficulties in getting a tax invoice, presumably after several requests.
