I want to know in the case were GST is not applicable, therefore a tax invoice is not required, but in its place a receipt for proof of purchase or ownership. e.g. buying and selling a second hand motor vehicle privately. A receipt is required by the statutory authority for the transfer ownership of a registered vehicle.
