I should reinforce that Maximus has always responded to my emails very quickly in the past but this time something obviously went wrong.
When I phoned them, which I should have done earlier, the girl I spoke to was aware of the emails and believed they had been responded to. She then sorted it out very quickly.
I'm back in love with the company.
Anyway, must go ... the men in white coats are waiting ....
