I can't believe the low prices at which sellers are matching with buyers. Only a couple of months back the punters were happy to provide new capital for 20 cents per share. Before that the shares traded over 30 cents.

Since that time MXR has run surveys on the magnetite/ vanadium deposit with promising results and increased reserves at BIH and Sellier.

They are also quite cashed up.

So what here has caused the punters to accept such low figures. Why take losses when profits are just around the corner. (one hopes)

Is this a Chinese plot to buy into MXR cheaply?
