The latest disclosure (ASX announcement 12/4) states that "the Company appears to have business interests in the USA and other countries" although the former administrator thought there were none. I recommend all shareholders contact ASX and/or ASIC to determine whether or not the appointment of an administrator is the only measure required in these circumstances. If assets were sold it was certainly without shareholder approval and no announcement was made regarding proceeds. It's time to act!
