I do not think that the vanadium price will be high enough to encourage high capital investment in the vanadium of RDR for quite some time. It is well known that co-production of vanadium is considerably cheaper, and it accounts for most production. With the failure of the RIO Chinalco deal I think that the Chinese will pay close attention to the second tier suppliers of ore. This makes it more likely that AXO will gets its finance, and that it will have considerable impact on the world vanadium market, for a long time!
