I agree that the Robutti remuneration looks over the top and probably should be about half that (plus perhaps some incentives). Also its just wrong from an organisational culture and board governance perspective to not adress it -it should be fixed, however I dont think its going to fundamentally alter the SP of NXS, and my primamry expectations of Boatd and mangement is deliver direct actions and outcomes that move the SP upwarsds.
