The Chinese (Golden Bell Enterprises), under the guidance of Ascot Securities, think that 30 cents is a good entry level in order to buy what is so far around 15% of the company.
If it good enough for them....
Mind you I still have a feeling that Ascot are still manipulating with the price a little to keep it around 30 cents. Probably for a very important client who is happy to pay grand brokerage fees for the extra manipulation ensuring that they get their huge order filled.
Once that order is filled they should let this run....if it doesn't they will make it run because so much of this stock is held by their clients it is not funny.
