    Ease up Colonel. I think we all agree Kalgoorlie is the centre of the universe when it comes to stability and sovereign risk. Victoria less so these day, unfortunately. Senegal would be one of the more stable countries in West Africa with a lot of Tier 1 gold companies mines there already, WAF and Burkina Faso a little less so.
