With the options component being "subject to shareholder approval", how can they be listed until a general meeting is held? Has it been pre-appoved at the last one and the wording of this n/a.... or am I missing something?

According to this, further information is incoming:-

The Company advises that further details are expected to be released on or before Tuesday 18
March 2025.

Funny enough is the reality that the biggest whingers are those who have already made motzas out of the stock! Go figure!

Where were the opportunities to make Motzas? The SP has been in constant decline...... the very best announcements were followed with CR's at Discounts or made whilst in suspension?

Just joined Hot Copper, there is so much negativity here towards CHM that it helps explain the gross undervaluation of this stock.

Of course I'm not happy about the falling share price, but that is Biotech, either one lives with the volatility or invests elsewhere.
Just please stop the whinging.

Anyhow, also surprised to see some preliminary CDH17 results on the NWR Communications Webinar on YouTube on March 3rd.
This weeks coming webinar should be very interesting.
