I know that there is no winning an argument with an HC poster if that's their intent. However, I am glad you agree that "The only way they profited was by entering and exiting..." The only difference is that I would have thought underlining both entering and exiting would be more apt in light of your pedantics. But I guess selectiveness is your forte given that you chosen to select one of many points I made.
