The pre-clinical results were so compelling that the FDA already gave a green light for a ph2 if ph1 doesn't show any concerning signals. According to Dr Bec's pharma friends 6 patients have to be dosed at minimum of 3 levels to determine an Optimal Biological Dose ( OBD ). If those 6 patients show the expected safety profile plus some early efficacy signals, then and only then, funding talks could take place. Depending on the trial criteria that 6 patients' dosing could happen within 3 but more likely, 6 months. That would mean March / April and a possible decision as early as May / June. CDH17 was hailed as one of the huge breakthroughs in 2021 and many tried to get their hands on it. CHM is the first to get that asset in the clinics but strangely, even without any negative news, these days it seems to have become unpopular. Not one of the "competitors" from back then came forward to partner / share or even to buy it. Achieving an IND and to get the green light for a ph2 from the FDA is a rare occasion, again the question, why isn't anyone interested?

I asked Hopper and Dr Bec whether there was any offer, regardless of acceptable or not, but did not get an answer. Maybe the planned and failed CR in mid 2024 was an offer that got withdrawn or refused, who knows. Now holders can only hope that the ph1 data convince Dr Bec's pharma friends to come up with a funding arrangement. A deal similar to RAD / Lantheus would be desirable despite the sp over there is failing to value that Lantheus practically now funds and manages RAD.

Anyway, if a RAD-style deal is announced I will be jumping back in, until then, watching from the sideline.
