Interesting, ill have to do some research, but didnt know that Paul Hopper was involved in ALA, didnt know he touched anything successful. Just had a look at their annually and hes not mentioned but from a quick google what from I gather:

• Around 2019 - Became Executive Chairman of Suda Pharmaceuticals (before it was renamed to Arovella Therapeutics)
• October 2021 - Resigned as Executive Chairman

I take it he gave himself a bucketload of performance shares in his tenure?

Looking at the chart seems to be a good sign of his normal performance:



Down and flat with his time with the company. Hopefully his play book also includes leaving this company, in saying that glad he put in some money here to support the company.
