There are plenty of examples of biotech stocks that have spiked and or reversed from a downward trend.....I assume you know this and trade accordingly.
Reality is, CHM is seriously undervalued at the current SP. If one of their therapies, eg. CHM CDH17 proves effective, the share price will be trading at multiples higher than today's SP. And this should be a sustained re-rating too, not just a temp blip. Looking forward to that day!
Anyone care the put a valuation on CHM (market cap) if the company announces positive prelim data for the first few dose escalation cohorts for CDH17?
