That occurred to me, also. The fact that the location of the recurrent tumour meant some of the tumour was left behind (this time) is where a treatment like CLTX could work.
I just read through the published data (as best as I could) and it looks as though the adjuvant peptide vaccine program was completed on Day 551 (approx 18 mths after neoadjuvant therapy, surgery and radiotherapy).

Of course, what we don't know is what was applied immediately subsequent to his scan or what his team of experts may have in mind now. I can't but help think that Richard is resigned to his life coming to an abrupt end at any moment within 3 mths. Very sad to see!
