I think the latest CR is going to be a bit of a gift to shareholders. Im fairly confident that data will be released soon that will get the SP well above this latest CR price, and I like the fact that the attached options will be listed.
That $4m (50% of MC) they just received wasn't given willy-nilly, im sure they saw something of significant interest. These people gave funds for free, imagine the market reaction if the company raised $4m at a 500% premium with these people. Maybe that's what they should have done.
