The Hartleys Report was related to AKK whose shares have risen about 50% since the date of the report. Posters on the AKK thread have not derided the Report to my knowledge. Hartleys Report is backed up by the Independent consultant Gustavson Associates Report for AKK.

For IOG holders, the Audio Webcast by Gerry McGann on Sept 11 was very encouraging with Smoot7 in production and generating $9 - 10,000 a day from the 90 bopd. with total production currently rising to about 800 bopd, annual income must be approaching about $30M per year with new Florence wells being drilled as per the latest ASX release:

"Two wells are planned in this initial campaign. These will be Aurora and Patti Sidetrack.
A rig has been contracted and the programme is expected to start in November. Both are planned as inclined wells targeting the naturally fractured Pierre Shale, with total measured depths between 3530’ and 4490’."

It is worth listening to Gerry McGann's brr media release and checking out the slides shown at:

    http://www.brrmedia.com/event/103978/gerry-mcgann-managing-director

McGann notes that AKK are drilling in the 'hot resource play' - the Niobrara Shale - 'virtually for us' as the AKK hole is within 400 meters of the IOG western boundary of their 24000 acre lease area.

AKK appear to have a "substantial Resource" and are talking about 'very large numbers' that they are currently in the process of proving up. Independent consultant Gustavson Associates has confirmed the potential of Austin
Exploration’s two flagship projects in Colorado and Texas with the Pathfinder Prospect in the Niobrara oil resources showing P50 at 21.76 MMBbl and the Solution Gas Resources p50 of 24.52 BSCF or Billion cubic feet.

So, IOG has three Consultant Reports that are bullish about the IOG and AKK Niobrara Shale play which is extensive in area, verified to extend south from Wattenberg by the AKK drill [without 3D seismic] and which is producing strongly some 30 miles to the north of the AKK drill site with more than 40 rigs currently drilling.

AKK has announced September 28 that "The Company has successfully drilled a 4100ft horizontal leg to a total measured depth (MD) of 9870 ft at its Pathfinder project in Colorado. The 4100 foot (approx 1,250 metre) leg of this well was drilled successfully with no operational issues experienced during drilling. The drilling of the horizontal leg of the well was successful while staying in the zone of interest that the Company determined to have the best formation characteristics and pay potential within the Niobrara Formation. Hydrocarbon shows were encountered throughout the drilling of the horizontal leg.

The Company will now immediately move forward with preparations to complete and frac the well. A multistage hydraulic fracturing stimulation treatment is expected by the end of October. Logging data, cutting analysis, and pressure tests will be used to design the hydraulic fracturing treatment. Oil flow results expected in time for the Company’s AGM in November."

Seeing that AKK are 'virtually drilling for us', the announcement of oil flow results at their AGM would appear to be a milestone event for IOG holders without cost to IOG.

With an expected positive message from AKK who reported on their well 'the logs have returned better results than the most prolific oil producers in the DJ Basin which has validated the enormous potential that the Company sees in this project', IOG will 'have a tiger by the tail' according to McGann in his latest broadcast.
