compare cer to cqr..

If you looked at these on a like for like basis, meaning CER on a consolidated basis..being $2.80 and
CQR as is, at $3.10 .. below is the comparison.

As you can see CER's share price should be way ahead of CQR's right now, it's assets are superior, the CAP Rate should now be much lower, and well, look at the difference in NTA's..

This Board and management should be dismissed immediately..

Just wondering when we'll here from the hedge funds rummoured to disrupt proceedings with their vote's (Marathon/York Capital/etc..) ..or are they employed by the management and banks to see things through.
