    AVA has 118M shares on issue. At 10 cents, its market capitalisation is $12M. It has $10M in cash. It has two projects. It has two cashed up JV partners. Its coal in Botswana requires little CAPEX where as RES requires $400M in CAPEX. Market cap of RES at 50 cents is currently $39M.

    AVA is cheap.
