As a shareholder, you have a couple of choices. You hold. Cast your vote at AGM's and likely would do well to have some comms with the directors (not a right)
Else, sell don't hold or trade your shares.

if you really want your hands on the wheel and think you can do a better job, go set up a chemical processing business and give it a crack. You will likely be a lot less frustrated.

As shareholders (for us and any other public company), these are the terms. Anything else is just a whine and isn't constructive, so maybe worthwhile adjusting your perspective.
