Was just talking about this with another holder this morning. It's non binding however we did ship 20 tons to Korean customers with a bit of a hint that it might have them involved in the St 2 product & funding...refer to ann.
We were trying to work out - who our Binding OT- Funding partner is actually going to be. Jz has said there has been alot of interest which we'd expect with demand and supply where it is & where it's heading.
It's all part of the fun.... patience is Virtue.... Once we finally have Funding and OT partners locked with approval in place 12000tpa is locked away. We will then be in a prime position to expand both resource & output as required.
Time will tell.
