Yes I rang AVB last week and got Scott on the phone. He said that the agreement was not legally binding. The main benefit was for relationship building.
AVB would provide technical assistance if the smelter was to go ahead.
The company did not intend to release an announcement.
So we are back to the old HC (for now?). I'm getting too old for this....lol.
