CFX announcement that it has just sold Golden Grove shopping centre in Adelaide. Similar clients to CNP large centres and comprises Big W, Woolworths, Foodland and over 100 specialty shops.
Initial yield is 7.5%
It was sold at a 4.8% discount to Dec. 31 2008 valuation.
Looks like a pretty good deal here.
