I would like to see Jiameng Zhang at the AGM answering questions from shareholders. It would be good to have an operational report before the AGM with an update covering some of the gaps in the Directors report.

1) what caused the big reduction in GP margin in FY17 .. did the price of the shoes get reduced or was there an increase in the cost of manufacturing?

2) what is happening with the large investment in Henan Yuanlong Industrial. Are there still vacant buildings. When will these be leased. What is the value of the park? What is the strategy to hold this investment

3) the annual report indicates related party sales to businesses associated with Jiameng.. where these sales at standard selling prices or were the sales discounted. When will the outstanding balance be repaid to xpd

4) has the new production facility been fully commissioned at the Henan park? How many shoes are being produced there per month.

5) Ms Peiya Zhuang the executive director reponsible for sales resigned in July. What is the plan to replace her?

6) when will the 6 month accounts for the period ended June 18 be completed and released to the the market.

7) how many board meetings are planned for the next 6 months. When will replacement directors be appointed?

8) has XPD engaged a business expert to advise about the repatriation of funds for a dividend. Can this be structured to be paid via the Hong Kong based holding company.
