Look agree but just wanted to point out how shrewd ORO and the type of management that run ORO. Even at this level you want someone that can put the right framework into position, but please to let that slip through means something is NQR with your legal team or anyone who has proof read the JV agreement.Because that to me is a glaring fault that should have been asked to be ommitted or the JV would not go ahead. Thats why I question the strength of DMN management.
