I'm beginning to wonder if SilentO is a director or related to a director.
A healthy skepticism should be a part of all constructive arguments.
With Rand's Liberia iron ore deal, it is incumbent on the directors to show how it still is in the interests of all shareholders to proceed with this deal. Especially so if the directors have a personal interest in the deal proceeding.
It is the responsibility of each and every other minority shareholder to either trust the directors ... or ... to effect a change.
