You obviously don't know how the market works either. The company will need to make full disclosures under ASX listing rules before it puts the deal to shareholders to vote on and if you do know this you will just have to wait like everybody else to know these details.
As I said on many occasions the sky is not falling in at the moment. The prospects of the company are still strong with production at Kundana due to increase next year when they bring Pegusus into production.
I think we have taken this argument far enough. If you have concerns take them to the appropriate authorities. All you are achieving with your constant accusations is the bring down of the reputations of the companies and I'm not going to fuel your one man crusade any longer.
I've given you my honest opinion based on being a shareholder over a long period of time. If the directors were to let me down now or in the future I would be bitterly disappointed, but I don't believe this is the case. I think you are trying to paint a negative and sinister picture which is not backed up by my experience of how these directors have behaved towards their minority shareholders in the past. I have support the companies as a minor shareholder for a very long time and they have delivered and keep delivering, that is what I know. Your speculations are just that, speculations.
