Hi Billybunt. Jurisdiction is a non issue as we now see - any risk has now been removed with MDA - govt will support mining in a big way as they have stated for many years. It just took a lot of time to establish mining laws - new mines and minerals bill.
Malawi is a very peaceful country. No terrorism nor extremist activities.
Infrastructure shortfalls can be easily overcome - same for skills - look at the very high calibre of people working diligently on Kanyika project development - refinery.
