Great news when this happens and is the last piece in the jigsaw puzzle.
Sojitz has pledged 250m to fund stage 2 and if this is done by way of an equity issue it will mean that stage 2 will be brought forward as quickly as possible and stage 3 potential will then be considered.
Lynas will be a debt free fully sold out prposition with processing due to commence in 9months time. The Japanese will supply money and technology if required and confirmation of this will trigger analysts rerating of lyc.
After confirmation this will drive this stock to $3 IMHO.
It will then be $4 plus once production commences.
Great times for the many patient investors.

IMHO all the concerns about China suddenly flooding the market with REE is wasted time. Better spent collecting empties,mowing lawns ,selling your ****,whatever to get more $ for shares. Bring on the SP drop!
