just my personal experience, when cap raisings are carried out for very exciting companies, quite often SP stays at raising price or even dips below that price because the instos that bought shares in the raising actually wanted more shares.

how do they obtain more shares, in most cases its in their usual manner, sell side stacking, bots, closing auction minor sell downs, adding and removing orders on the buy and sell side, anything to try and convince existing holders that the stock is not worth holding.

gone are the days of regular buying and selling, it is now down to doing your own research and sitting back and waiting for the end of these insto accumulation cycles.
