is all that really true? is there significant evidence to suggest there are bots at play here?
I cant seem to fathom the fact that someone can force the stock lower but end up with more shares....I dont see the logic nor the evidence to back that up
especially with a register dominated by mega funds ect.. the amount of retail stock sitting there being forced into nervous sales is petty
the amount of shares being traded daily is so immaterial its not funny
IDC has 730m shares on issue, today, 1.6m was traded...thats less than 1%...in fact, its actually .002%
I just think that if say Baker Steel were trying to 'scare the market' into selling, it would be too dangerous in that Capital Group or BlackROck could so easily decide they would love to clean up this 'seller' and accumulate themselves
My interpretation is that the market needs some more clarification regarding the resource at Mt Kare
Its clear we will be able to produce 150k oz pa and 1-2m oz silver for 9 years or so with a 250m capex....
and based on all the necessary risks involved to get from where we are now through a BFS, have received finance, built the mine and in appox 3 years from now have no material issues and start producing...then the market tells us we are worth a NPV of 90m
its all about de-risking and creating more value for the market to risk and add into the stock price for a company with an economical resource at out stage
once more boxes are ticked, the market de-risks us by increasing the value of the asset and when we find more silver and gold the market allocates us more value from which it then risks, to give a net positive result
If the next round of results meet or exceed the markets expectations then it will create a bit of value for IDC, and the market will then focus on the next objective, what can IDC do now to further de-risk and this could come from a very wide range of things
but lets take it one step at a time, we eagerly await drilling results, and imo, they could take us to the mid to high teens, or conversely, 7-10c
thats a fairly good risk/reward pay off, which is why I cant understand the current trading activity, but I also cannot accept that someone is forcing it lower in order to buy more stock..at least personally, i dont think thats the case here
