250km by 5.5m is not conservative when your flow rates are so slow in fact I suspect once you test the flow properly over representative areas of the lake you'll realise that the trench design spacing and 380,000 tpa is an unrealistic proposition. You need a registered ilua first though so given the scoping study is complete spending any money now is a waste of time until you get it or at least are given assurance by the cdnts you will.
