HIG - Found a HEAP of Copper and GOLD at Freida River, well Macnab found it, and HIG continued to drill it. Then 5 years ago farmed out the exploration to XStrata at zero cost to HIG.

HIG has a nice 18.18% share of all the cashflow that will be generated by Freida River.

This Monster PNG Deposit shows how big the deposits are in PNG.

Frieda River is actually a copper play with gold as the cost saver.

In most gold or copper mines there are numerous base/precious metals. At HIG's Frieda River, the primary ore is copper, the secondary is gold and the third ore is silver.

PNG is amazing, sitting on a volcanic fault.

The entire deposit is as follows:

11.6Million Tonnes of Copper (Yes 11.6Million Tonnes)
+ 18.2 Million Ounces of Gold
+ 49 Million Ounces of Silver

THIS IS WHY I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT PNG DEPOSITS!

Since HIG has farmed out the majority of the resource their share will be:

2.1 Million Tonnes of Copper
+ 3.3 Million Ounces of Gold
+ 8.9 Million Ounces of Silver

Now multiply these volumes by their corresponding prices (Gold = $1750/Ounce, Copper = $8500/Tonne, Silver = $25/Ounce) in the marketplace and you can clearly see HIG GOA and IDC are all in a commanding position to become amazing companies.
