I don't know where bhp or rios minds are at. One thing for sure though NMDC are a competitive threat creeping in on Aussie turf. BHP and rio would know l imagine that once nmdc get hold they will pour concrete rather than sell.

It's all good for small holders investments, but bhp or rio may need to start making for these sorts of plays a little quicker, those a little less developed.

Giving NMDC vertical integration of its business thru Aussie soil, don't know but hey lets hope bhp or rio want something to say on that. Hope they bid and put some value in it for us.
