I think my other calcs were based on an assumption of 500Mt resource.
Well LCY have put out 617Mt, so it ratchets up a bit.
My guess on timing, is that the deal was ticked off subject to DD.
Selecting suitable parties, agreeing on terms of reference, getting data rooms set up etc would probably have finished around now.
Give it say 3 weeks for the experts to come to a valuation by the time you engage financial and mining expertise to contribute their parts of the puzzle.
Present to the board, who have a few days to go back and forth on some minor changes with NMDC etc, and you get to mid to late July as my guess.
