Thanks for those numbers, Islay. I agree with your last sentence. I'm not, unlike most, overly worried about occupancy rates. Profitability is the most important target. After all, a factory manager puts in capacity to meet future growth trends and, while nice, doesn't expect new equipment to achieve nameplate capacity immediately.
GEM has room to increase revenues through increased occupancy as well as new centre acquisitions. They have stated their expansion phase is winding down, so they must now focus on getting to nameplate capacity which will, in turn, increase their margin. Not terribly different to a factory producing widgets.
