    Hi salpetie,
    Thanks for the reply.
I have spent a few days trying to figure out possible answers to question 7. The best answer that I can come up with is that CHN became a substantial shareholder with the blessing of ENR via obtaining 6,818,182 shares in a tight placement, together with purchase of 20,513,397 shares from Silver Lake. If I am right, ENR is happy at what happened.
i would presume CHN bought in because their geologists and Tim Goyder, after discussions with ENR,feel that the ENR lease were too good to not get involved in. I would presume that ENRis happy to have CHN on the register because ENR would get the expertise of a massive drilling campaign from CHN. If this is so, then a very well put together symbiotic relationship has occurred and I look forward to see how rapidly and successfully the two of them make things happen. A bigger substantial holder would probably not be as hungry for success as CHN will be, especially after the recent downturn in CHN share price and market capitialisation..
    Just my take on things.
