Directors should not be able to buy shares they should be given a flat payment and given a top up of shares at the end of the year based on results acheived during that year. At the moment it is too easy for them to buy on dips. They do know what the plans are for the comming year and some of them are building a nice portfolio based on that knowledge.
Take a look at when AFRs directors have been buying.
