Botswana will/has replaced SA as the place to invest.

Chinese and Indians will throw cash at Botswana given the governments proactive programs to get mining companies digging.

By the time CCC comes around to digging Botswana it will be 2015+, infastructure will be in (just look at AFR's quarterly on the planned power plant), CCC will have strong cash flow (Penumbra & De Witts full steam), they'll sell off the unwanted Botswana coal deposits and keep the cream of the Billion tonne resource.

Then they will take over AFR.
