HLO has grown earnings and dividends nicely and has performed very well.
They are quite conservative with their guidance and usually announce a beat prior to earnings.
Probably their small market cap and the % of insiders keeps the funds at bay.
With another year or two of good growing earnings this could all change and the owners will probably need to sell down some of their holdings.
They have a paper thin margin which is a worry but they would still have more synergies to extract from their expanding business to improve their model and reduce costs.
I'm already fully invested but if you could buy more below $4.50 I think you will do well, the CEO just bought more at $4.52, not sure why he would need to buy more but he did so he is still prepared to invest in the company which is a good sign.
