the simple answer to your comparision of the fully diltuted market capitalisation of both companies is:
No.1 tty is a producer now with contracts in place
No.2 tty has there delivery infrusture in place from mine to port.
they are now making money, and frs is two years away from having a mine in place with costomers and infrusture to deliver that product and not with standing i hold both shares
