Something you guys haven't taken into account in your comparison of EXT and BNM are environmental issues. Rossing South is on a pretty barren patch of desert, BNM's site on the other hand is right in the middle of a major tourist destination. Getting approval is going to be contentious and is likely, at the very least, to cause delays and uncertainty. On the other hand, expect on-going resource upgrades from EXT, beyond the highest existing estimates. I believe you will see this stock up around $20 within 12 months.
