The other factors in your back of envelope calc you need to consider is risk. As above or
Risk from environmental permitting , or new tech and a change of direction for base load pwr, or a major nuclear disaster. All of these things could change the supply and demand fundamentals of the future. All u stocks have these risks.
Anyway i have been researching the blue sky factor in EXT and may look for an opp as announcements unfold. :)
