@Tate Smith if you are keep on Cobalt companies, have a look at N27. Mine site previously occupied by RIO. Proven deposit however further drillings are currently being conducted to determine scale of deposit.
Fairly new company with share price already surging, however given that it is such a small cap and the increased demand of cobalt, prices still have legs (several bags) to run depending on the drilling outcome.
Not to mention China is trying to reduce reliance on companies operating in DRC as well as well know companies like BMW, Tesla and Apple are looking for ethically sourced raw materials.
