Yes, i understand that Spike, but the earnings PER SHARE are the same, therefore the price differential should be merely the capitalised value of the dividend, all other issues (capital and interest cover) are approximately the same, my point was the same as yours, the price of NMS vis a vis Mermaid should be closer to 1.20/1.40 than .45/1.40
