normally I agree but when you read the PFS from FYI and the DFS from ATC I think the PFS from FYI is more profound.

I think you can see this also in the statement of FYI that the BFS (bank feasability study) is financed with the current money.

In my opinion it will cost only so 1 Million AUD due to the reason that there are most of the things done. I see also the partner of FYI with 

gres (engineering) and global (ressource) as companies with a real good reputation. Finally the BFS from FYI is not far away sheduled for Q2 2019 then we can have a closer look. It depends on the quality of the kaolin.
